CBIZ Talent Solutions is seeking an Accounts Receivable Professional with AIA billing experience for our Nassau County client.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and submit monthly pay applications
  • Manage AIA billing (G702/G703), Procore, Textura, and standard invoicing
  • Review contracts for billing terms, retainage, and schedule of values
  • Maintain and update Schedule of Values (SOV)
  • Track and bill change orders accurately
  • Monitor AR aging, follow up on outstanding receivables, and support month-end close
  • Collaborate with project managers, subcontractors, and clients on billing matters
  • Process lien waivers, compliance documents, and insurance certificates

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Support project closeouts (O&M manuals, documentation) tied to final billing
  • Assist with general office operations and administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications & Experience:

  • 3+ years of accounts receivable experience within the construction industry
  • Hands-on experience with AIA billing (G702/G703) required
  • Proficiency with Procore, Textura, or similar project-based billing systems
  • Strong understanding of contracts, retainage, and change order processes
  • Experience managing AR aging and collections
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with internal teams and external partners

Compensation

  • $70,000–$80,000/year + benefits
