Project Management Team Leader

CBIZ Talent Solutions is seeking a Senior Project Manager for a client in the contract furniture industry in NYC.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead project teams and act as primary client contact
• Build and maintain client relationships
• Manage all project phases from kickoff to completion, including budgeting, scheduling, and execution
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners
• Identify upsell opportunities and provide creative, cost-effective solutions
• Oversee site visits, deliveries, installations, and punchlists
• Train and mentor team members on products and procedures

Qualifications

• 7–10 years’ experience with corporate office clients and all phases of project management
• Strong knowledge of systems furniture and casegoods (Herman Miller/Knoll preferred)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; CORE and CAP 20/20 experience a plus
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
